  • Letter from Mrs Moses 04.06.2020

    Thu 04 Jun 2020

    Dear Parent/Carer,

    Hope you are all ok.

Just an update following Kirsty Williams announcement yesterday.

Schools will reopen on June 29th for 4 weeks before the summer holidays that will start on July 27th.

We will be thinking of a plan over the next few weeks.  We will only have a third of the children in school at any one time.  This means that children will be split into groups with staggered starts, breaks and finishing times.  The purpose of school reopening is for children of all ages to have the opportunity to check in with their teachers and catch up with some of their friends.

The staff and Governors of Greenmeadow will work closely together to plan the way forward, following further guidance which is going to be released by Welsh Government next week. All the decisions we make and the plan we devise will be based on the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone.

In the meantime, we will continue with home learning and supporting each other as best we can.

Thanks everyone for your continued support.

    Claire Moses
