Chair I’m Clare Crosby and I am the current Chairperson for the PTA working alongside a fabulous group of parents. I thoroughly enjoy being involved in events from the planning to the event itself. Seeing all the children and families having fun but ultimately fundraising to give our children the best primary school experience. I have been a member of the PTA since 2016, joining just after my daughter, Emily, started school. She has now moved onto High School. I also have a son, Samuel, who is in Year 6.I love chocolate and spending time with my family/friends. |  |
Vice Chair I’m Charlotte and I’m one of the newest members of the PTA.I have a little boy in Year 1 and being new to school, I am keen to get involved and help organise great activities and fundraising events that help support our children during their time at Greenmeadow. I enjoy all things craft and have an unhealthy obsession with Cadbury’s Mini Eggs |  |
Treasurer I’m Rachel Riley and I am currently the Treasurer of the PTA. I joined in 2021 and have enjoyed organising events and helping to raise money for the children and the school. My son Alex is in Year 4, he’s on the school council and my husband Mark is a Parent Governor at Greenmeadow. I’m 46 and I like cake! |  |
Social Media/Communications I'm Rachel Blackmore, I am responsible for the social media and try my best to keep everyone informed of what's going on. I have been a member of the PTA since 2015 when my daughter started in reception, she's now in High School. I also have a little boy, George, who's in Year 3. I love being a member of the PTA, helping to raise money for the school and being apart in planning and organising great events! |  |
Secretary I’m Mel Townsend, l joined the PTA this year after my daughter Annabel started in reception. My son Elliot is in Year 6 & I’m also the wife of Mr.Townsend school site manager. I’ve enjoyed getting involved behind the scenes for fundraising events & getting to know other parents. |  |
My name is Scott Edwards, I am 45 years old. I served in the Royal Marines, and I now work as a firefighter in Cwmbran fire station. I am married to Shani Edwards. I have 2 daughters, one is in Year 7 and one in Year 4. I joined the PTA in September 2022. |  |

I'm Kate Osment. I've been a member of the PTA since my older daughter joined the school in 2015/16. My younger daughter is in Year 4. I've enjoyed supporting many events over the years - I've been face painter, mulled wine server and even an elf! I enjoy helping out and being able to raise funds that help pay for the added extras for all pupils. |  |
I’m Sarah & have been a member of the PTA for 5 years. I have 2 daughters - 1 in High School & the other is in Year 6. I enjoy helping out at the various events, especially when covered in candy floss! It’s great when you can see all the lovely things fundraising for the school can achieve. |  |
I'm Janie Simon and I joined our PTA in September 2022. I am married to Dale Murray and we both are special guardians to our two grandsons. My favourite things are music, walking, eating and most of all talking. |  |
I’m Sarah Sullivan. I joined the PTA this year as my second son started in Greenmeadow school and have enjoyed helping to raise money for the children and the school. My sons are Dean and Alistair one is in Year 7 and one in Year 1. |  |
I’m Matt Crompton and I’m new to the PTA. I’ve decided to join to try and give something back to this wonderful school. You can usually find me in top yard in my postie uniform. I’m dad to Cayla (Year 4) and Charlie (Year 2) I like football (come on Liverpool!) and food (come on calories!) |  |
I’m Hannah and I am one of the new member’s of the PTA, my son Jacob has just started Reception. I work full time, as a Project Manager. I joined to get to know other parents at the school and because I want to support raising money and coming up with ideas for fun events for the children. |  |
My name is Steve Mellor and I am a civil servant. I have 2 awesome children at Greenmeadow, both with additional needs. We only recently moved to Cwmbran but so far love it. |  |
