Learning Leaders
At Greenmeadow, we are lucky to have confident, positive and enthusiastic learners. These are perfectly represented by our Year 6 Learning Leaders. Every year, we have a vote for the next cohort of Learning Leaders and this year they are Amiee, Emily, Aden and Jay. They are role models for the whole school and give our younger learners something to aspire to. Every year they become extremely popular figures among their peers, across the school and every year they carry out their roles with pride. They support staff with monitoring processes such as learning walks, listening to learners and book walks, where they provide detailed feedback to teachers and teaching assistants and identify their next steps. They recently had an extremely important role during our Deputy Headteacher recruitment process, where they interviewed candidates and gave Mrs Moses vital feedback and opinions on each one. Our Learning Leaders are outstanding ambassadors for the Greenmeadow family and feedback is always extremely positive whenever they are involved. They are a valued stake holder within the school structure and are a true voice for all of our pupils.
